Banks part 301030078 is the high-limit safety thermostat used on EF28-12, EF28-18 and EF12TT electric fryers. The capillary thermostat interrupts heating if an unsafe temperature is detected and requires manual reset after the fault has been investigated. It is a safety component and must be fitted and tested by a qualified catering-equipment engineer.
