The CookRite CGF4-NAT is a heavy-duty freestanding Natural Gas fryer designed for restaurants, hotels, takeaways and gastro pubs. Four efficient 7kW cast-iron burners provide a total output of 28kW and fast heat recovery, while the rounded 32-litre oil tank and stainless-steel construction make routine cleaning and maintenance easier. Safety and control features include battery pilot ignition, a pilot flame, flame-failure protection and a Robertshaw control valve.
