The Unifrost U40-15 is a self-contained commercial cuber for busy bars, cafés, hotels and restaurants. It produces up to 36kg of clear ice cubes in 24 hours and stores up to 15kg ready for service. A vertical evaporator, strong water pump, automatic operating cycle and low-water-use design support reliable day-to-day production. The stainless-steel cabinet has adjustable feet and a large access flap; an ice scoop and water hose are included. An external water filter is recommended in hard-water areas, and the condenser should be cleaned regularly to maintain performance.
