The Archway CS1/E Standard Electric Chip Scuttle is designed to keep fried food warm and ready for fast takeaway service. Separate controls for the overhead heat lamps and the base element allow the operator to adjust the heat level, while the removable chip tank, curved drain plate and chip-bag support make serving and cleaning straightforward. A mobile storage cabinet is available as an optional configuration.
