Start with the terms for your model
Warranty duration, parts cover, labour cover and service arrangements vary by manufacturer and product. Keep your invoice, installation information and any warranty documents supplied with your purchase.
Your warranty cover
Refer to the product listing, accepted order terms and manufacturer documents for the cover that applies to your equipment. Contact us before ordering if a particular level of cover is essential.
A parts-only warranty does not automatically include engineer labour, travel, call-outs or collection. These services must be covered by the applicable warranty or agreed separately before work is arranged.
Before making a claim
- Find your order number or purchase invoice.
- Note the product name, model, SKU and serial number.
- Describe the fault, displayed error codes and when the problem began.
- Have installation and service records ready where available.
- Take photographs or a short video if this can be done safely.
Stop using equipment that may be unsafe. Do not dismantle or attempt repairs unless you are suitably qualified and the work has been authorised where required.
How support is arranged
We will review the information and help establish the appropriate route for your product. This may involve the manufacturer or its authorised service provider, who may request further checks, evidence or access to the appliance.
Obtain instructions before arranging chargeable work or returning equipment. We cannot assume that independently arranged repairs will be reimbursed. Any costs outside the warranty should be agreed before work proceeds.
Installation and maintenance
Follow the manufacturer's installation, operating, cleaning and maintenance instructions. Use suitably qualified professionals for required gas, electrical, water, drainage and refrigeration work, and retain records.
Consumables, normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unsuitable site conditions, incorrect installation or lack of maintenance may fall outside a manufacturer's cover. The exact terms for your model apply.
Installation & Servicing informationFaulty goods and your rights
A manufacturer's warranty is separate from any statutory or contractual rights that apply to your purchase. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly and follow the relevant reporting process.
