Prepare your site
- Check doorways, corridors and the final position against the equipment dimensions.
- Confirm electrical supply, gas type, water, drainage and ventilation requirements for the exact model.
- Arrange safe handling and a qualified installer where required.
- Confirm who will unpack, position, connect and commission the equipment.
Delivery is a separate service
Standard equipment delivery does not include installation, connection, commissioning or removal of old equipment unless this has been specifically agreed. Keep delivery access clear and tell us about steps, restricted roads or lifting requirements in advance.
Servicing and breakdowns
Follow the manufacturer's cleaning and maintenance schedule and keep service records. If a fault develops, make a note of the model, serial number and symptoms. Stop using equipment that may be unsafe and contact us or a qualified engineer.
