Fimar PF40E Pasta Machine. This Fimar pasta machine allows you to mould and produce a variety of different pasta shapes with ease. Built in Italy to an exacting specification. Includes a stainless steel hopper and mixing blade. Also contains a unique water cooling system to prevent the pasta drying out, and removeable tank for cleaning.
