The Master BC182 provides an 18-litre capacity for commercial food preparation. Its ventilated 2200W motor drives a steel cutter, with two-speed control and a pulse function. Stainless steel construction, a transparent lid and the included scraper support daily kitchen use. A safety micro-switch is fitted. Requires a 13A electrical supply. Delivery in 2–3 weeks.
