The RATIONAL iCombi Classic 10-1/1 electric combi oven gives experienced kitchen teams precise manual control of steam, hot air and combination cooking. It can steam, grill, roast, bake and braise, with humidity adjustable in 10% increments and convection temperatures up to 300°C.
The colour display, intuitive icons and rotary push dial make daily operation straightforward, while up to 100 cooking programmes with as many as 12 steps each can be stored for repeatable results. An automatic cleaning and descaling system, integrated core temperature probe, hand shower and HACCP data recording help simplify demanding professional service.
