Gas rotating tandoori oven for small takeaways and restaurants, producing up to 300 roti or naan per hour and accommodating seven breads simultaneously. Adjustable gas controls and motor speed allow repeatable cooking. Two infrared burners and one underside jet burner heat an 8 mm carbon-steel disc. Natural gas and LPG versions are available.
