A freestanding electric fryer with two separate 7–8 litre tanks and a basket for each tank. The 400mm-wide CORE2200 keeps two frying batches separate and produces 38–46kg of frozen product per hour, with manual controls and gravity oil filtration. Choose the electrical supply to suit your kitchen before ordering. Both supply options use the standard 14.4kW heating system.
