A freestanding electric fryer with two separate 9–10 litre tanks and two baskets. The 500mm-wide CORE2525 provides 18–20 litres of total oil capacity and produces 40–52kg of frozen product per hour, with pressed stainless steel pans and gravity oil filtration. Choose the electrical supply to suit your kitchen before ordering. Both supply options use the standard 14.4kW heating system.
