A compact freestanding electric fryer with a single 15–18 litre tank and two baskets. The 400mm-wide CORE400 produces 38–46kg of frozen product per hour, with a pressed stainless steel pan, manual temperature control and gravity oil filtration. Choose the electrical supply to suit your kitchen before ordering. Both supply options use the standard 14.4kW heating system.
